The match fixing case of Fenerbahce SK was finalised on 28.08.2013 by The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and they dismissed the appeal filed by Fenerbahce SK against the decision taken by UEFA to exclude them from European club competitions.
We would like to thank Mr. Rui Santos Botica, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Haas and Mr. Willem Hendrik Kesler for this fair decision which proved once more that Fenerbahce SK fixed matches to win the 2010-2011 title in Turkey.
At this stage Turkish Football Federation ( TFF ) is obliged to renew the jurisdiction on this case according to the rules and regulation of TFF and UEFA.
In past TFFs president Yıldırım Demirören declared that they were not going to renew the jurisdiction no matter what UEFAs and CASs decision will be. This is violation of rules and regulations and UEFA must force them to apply the relevant disciplinary actions against the teams which involved in match fixing.
Therefore, UEFA must continue to play the key role in this case, as they have been playing so far, and apply sanctions to TFF unless they penalise match fixers and hand the championship over to Trabzonspor.
We also would like to remind that, the political influence and pressure on TFF is still strong and UEFA and FIFA must warn both TFF and Turkish Goverment on this issue in order to re-establish fair game by maintaining the justice.

you were all sent a detailed match fixing folder, which highligtes the most important parts of the case by mail. uefa and fifa have been receiving mails from turkish fans seeking justice during this period and they were informed about every single detail and progress of the case through out the process.
fenerbahce sk were found guilty of fixing several games during the second half of the 2010-2011 turkish super league by turkish court, uefa disciplinary body and uefa appeals board which led them to win the title .
on november 15th 2012, including fenerbahçe sk board members şekip mosturoğlu and ilhan ekşioğlu admitted that they have commited the match fixing crime at a court in istanbul and pleaded guilty to have their sentences to be postponed.
according to the ruling, the decision will not be appealed.
apart from mosturoğlu and ekşioğlu, fenerbahçe officials ali kıratlı, tamer yelkovan and former giresunspor chairman olgun peker were found guilty of threatening, bribery or being a member of an illegal organisation, but their sentences were delayed on the condition that they will not not commit a similar crime in five years.
at this stage i am asking you to follow the rules and regulations and give the right decision to protect this game and do not allow match fixers to get away with this crime just because they have money anda re protected by turkish government.

They have manipulated the second half of the 2010-2011 season as a whole and surely this is the biggest match fixing scandal of European Football. They have not only fixed their games, but also fixed their opponents games by bribing the teams playing against their opponents.
Do not forget that this is an organised crime and all members of Fenerbahce SK were found guilty of establishing a crimanal organisation for match fixing activities by Turkish court.

Despite millions of complaint letters, phone calls, faxes regarding the Turkish Match Fixing Scandal since the 3rd of July 2011, UEFA took no action up to this date.
To this date Pierre Cornu filed you a report regarding the match fixing case, Turkish court given its verdict and sentenced several people into imprisonment for fixing several games during the 2010-2011 season in Turkey.
Mr. Platini and Mr. Infantino warned Turkish authorities several times to act quickly during the process and not to wait for the courts verdict but UEFA itself has not given its verdict yet.
Mr. Infantino and Mr. Platini told Turkish Prime Minister and other authorities during the UEFA Congress in Istanbul that the individuals can not be separated from their clubs and even gave examples of UEFAs past actions taken on such matters.
They both also warned Turkish Football Federation not to change the discipline codes during the progress of the case, but Turkish Footbal Federation not only changed the Discipline Code 58, but also invented a solution to save match fixers: NOT REFLECTED ON TO THE PITCH.
The Professional Football Discipline Committee banned two vice president of Fenerbahce FC, board members of Fenerbahce FC and players they committed the crime with, but did not penalise Fenerbahce FC, the club that won the championship by help of these fixed games, for that season.
The biggest match fixing scandal ever was all over the media around the world since the very first day, but UEFA is yet to make a decision and take an action against this crime despite UEFAs very own statement below:
On Friday 22 June 2012, the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body issued a decision saying; For the time being, therefore, Fenerbahçe may participate in the UEFA competition for which they are eligible, pending a final decision of the UEFA disciplinary body on the matter.
There are rumours in Turkey and Europe that UEFA was bribed not to take an action against Fenerbahce FC, and Yapi Kredi Bank sponsoring the UEFA was a part of this bribery, which is owned by Fenerbahce FCs ex vice president.
We have sent letter, faxes and match fixing reports to UEFA, FIFA, EU Parliament, Sport Ministers of Europe, All Media Associations, filed a report to Fifas Match Fixing Hot Line and Finally hannded in a detailed match fixinf report to Mr. Jerome Valcke in person during his visit to Istanbul.
Some of the newspapers covered the story were, The Times, The Washington Post, Die Zeit, Sueddeutsche, Tages Woche and thousands of web sites, local papers and media organisations covered the story too.
Turkish fans seeking justice organised protest in front of UEFAs headquarters, FIFAs headquarters and have been ptotesting UEFA and TFF all around Europe and
WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THE JUSTICE IS MAINTAINED AND WILL CONTINUE TO PROTEST UEFA WHO SHOULD HAVE GIVEN A VERDICT BY NOW.
