Grup turne sırasında new orleans'a vardığında, royal orleans hotel'de kalmaktadır. şarkı burada gerçekleşen bir kazayı konu alır. konu, bir led zeppelin üyesinin bir travestiyi kadın sanarak kazayla odasına almasıdır.* ikili esrar içerken uyuyakalırlar. travestinin elindeki joint, odada yangın çıkmasına neden olur.

Şarkıda bahsi geçen üyenin John Paul Jones olduğu söylenir. Bir dergiye verdiği röportajda şöyle demiştir.

"Richard'ın(cole) arkadaşlarıyla birlikte bir bardaydık. Bir travestiyi kız sanıp odama aldığım dedikodusu tamamen yalan, bu olay başka bir ülkede, başka bir kişiyle oldu. Herneyse, Stephanie'yle birlikte elimizde jointlerle uyumuşuz, uyandığımızdaysa otel itfaiyeci doluydu. Ha ha ha.."
