"my name is ...", "i'm ..." vb şekillerde cevabı olan ingiliz dilinin temel sorularındandır. yine aynı klandan, "who are you" ve "where are you from" da mevcuttur.
herkesin ağzına sakız olmuş, ingilizce bilmeyenlerin zalakça bilenlere ayar vermeye çalıştıkları, "hah ben de biliom nolmuş? vat iz yor neym? puhaha" diyerek insanı delirttikleri klişe cümle. hatta yurdum insanı turistlere olan sempatisi ile bu cümleyle başlayıp biten dialoglara girer ve yıllarca anlatır. :)

ingilizce ogrenimin ilk cumleleri.. çocukluk yıllarında turist görsemde hemen yanına damlayıp oğrendiğim cumleleri peş peşe soyleyim dediğim cumlelerden en önemlisi..:)
günlük hayatta ne ingilizlerin ne de amerikanların kullandığı bir cümledir, böyle bir sual yöneltmeleri gerketiğind "and you" ya da "your name?" filan kullanırlar. onu da anlamazsın.
