introsundan outrosuna kadar insanın ytüylerini diken diken eden, dinlerken insanın soluğunu kesen bir şarkı. albümün açılış şarkısıdır, "ulan ilk şarkı böyleyse albüm nasıldır acaba" dedirtir insana, ancak albümün kalanı the sulphur feast güzel değildir. tarzı için gayet iyi bir albümdür ancak açılış şarkısının the sulphur feast olması insanı aşırı beklentiye sokar, o yüzden albümü ilk aldığınızda albümü beğenmeyip sadece bu şarkıyı dinlersiniz. ancak ileride bu duruma alışınca anlarsınız ki nexus polaris gayet hoş bir albümdür ve the sulphur feast da bu albümün en güzel şarkısıdır.
