Bir dönem ABD'de oldukça moda olan aerobik ve beden sağlığı modasını çıkış noktası olarak alan yapım daha çok bir komedi - dram karışımı. Jamie Lee Curtis'in filmde hem güldürü yeteneğini hem de günümüze dek koruduğı şahane bedenini gördüğümüz gibi bu filmden yıllar sonra ikinci patlamasını yapacak olan Travolta'dan iyi bir oyunculuk performansı görmek mümkün.
