comparative form diye adlandırılan more+adj+than kalıbında than olmadan ingilizce hocalarının gözünde hiç bir değeri olmayan daha manasındaki ingilizce sözcüktür.
roger waters tarafından yapılmış şarkıların daha bir güzel olduğu Pink Floyd albümü. aslında more filminin soundtrack'i olarak geçer fakat yine aynı yönetmenin (bkz: barbet schroeder) the valley filminde de bu şarkılar kullanılmıştır. grubun sanıyorum en az sevdiğim albümüdür, tüm albümleri edinildikten sonra koleksiyonu tamamlamak için alınması tavsiye olunur.
"music from the film more" ya da kısaca -çoğunlukla anıldığı gibi- "more" iki yönden önemli bir albüm. birincisi syd barret'siz ilk pink floyd albümü, ikincisi ise ilk uzun metrajlı film müziği çalışması.
birinci yüzde çoğunlukla roger waters besteleri yer alıyor, ikinci yüzün tamamı ise ortak bestelerden oluşuyor. bu yüzde ortak olmayan tek parça "a spanish piece-ispanyolca bir parça-" david gilmour bestesi.
