The first study conducted inthis way was called the Truman Doctrine
which was announced by President Hurry Truman at the Congress
on March 12, 1947. Within the scope of the first aid assigned to
Turkey, it was proposed todeliver $250 million dollars to Greece,
which was facing the threat of communism, and $150 million to
Turkey as military assistance ................
In the aftermath of the bureaucratic procedures between the two countries
,the Marshall Plan Aids were started to be given to Turkey since 1948
22-26 Kasım 1943 tarihleri arasında Mısır'ın başkenti Kahire'de Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Winston Churchill ve Çan Kay Şek liderliğinde toplanan Kahire Konferansı; Mihver devletlerden Japonya'nın Uzak Doğu'daki katliamlarını ve ikinci Dünya Savaşı'nın durumunu görüşmek için toplanan ilgili konferanstır. Aslında bu uluslararası konferansa Josef Stalin de davet edilmiştir fakat Sıtalin, bunu kabul etmemiştir.
