Jack ağzı çok iyi laf yapan herkesi ikna edebilen bir temsilcidir. Günün birinde Jack in yaşadığı evin bahçesinde Bodhi ağacının çıkmasıyla Jack in hayatı zindana döner. Jack in her konuşmasında Bodhi ağacında bir yaprak eksilir ağaçta son yaprağın düşmesi demek hem Jack in hem Bodhi ağacının yok olması demektir. Jack artık konuşmayı bırakıp insanlarla iletişim kurabileceği bir yol aramak zorundadır.
Başka bir "iyi insan olma" filmi. Biraz yalancı yalancı / liar liar filmini andırsa da senaryo ve kurgu açısından oldukça zayıf bir yapım; Eddie Murphynin ise eski mimiklerinden eser yok malesef. Bunlara rağmen iyi vakit geçirmek isteyenler yada ailece bir şey izlemek isteyenler için ideal ve sıkmayan bir film.
