Rush'ın Vapor Trails albümünün en özel (hatta en güzel) şarkısıdır. Davulcuları Neil Peart önce 19 yaşındaki kızını trafik kazasında kaybeder, ardından sadece 10 ay sonra da kanserden eşini. Tüm hissettikleri ile motoruyla bir geziye çıkar. Uzun bir süre kuzey amerikayı gezer, acısını sindirir. bu gezinin iki meyvesi vardır; biri Ghost Rider: Travels on the Healing Road adında yarı felsefik, yarı gezi yazısı türdeki bir kitap ve diğeri de bu şarkı.
