Starting in August, Knights of all shapes and sizes from far and wide will come together at the Grand Tournament to compete for fame and glory! Years ago, the Argent Crusade started the tournament as a way to find champions fit to take on Azeroth's greatest villains. Now that the Frozen North is less perilous(and a tad bit warmer), the Grand Tournament has a playful side to it. Ogres, Pirates, Dragons and even Murlocs(*) have sent their fines Knights, ready to strut their stuff and show what they're made of-all in the name of fun!
The Grand Tournament packs will be available to purchase via the in-game Shop upon the official relase of the Grand Tournament! When the expansion launches, you will no longer be able to pre-purchase the 50 card pack bundle.
GENERAL
• The following card back has been added:
• Tournament Grounds - Acquired by reaching Rank 20 or higher in Ranked play mode during the month of August.
• New quests added, including one to win games in Tavern Brawl mode!
• Tavern Brawl victories now count towards earning the Heroes of the Storm mount award.
• A bonus chest will be granted at the end of each season based on the highest ranked reached in Ranked Play mode.
• Various audio, graphical and UI issues have been resolved.

Kart oyunundan zaten böyle bir güncelleme beklenir. Tüm her şey yerli yerinde olmuş. Güzel ve birbirinden benzersiz bir çok kartı, bu güncelleme ile oyuna ekliyorlar. Açıklanmış kartların hepsinin olduğu güzel bir görsel var. Bunların haricinde de bir çok kart oyuna eklenecek. Bunlar sadece developer'lar tarafından gösterilenler. 50 euro karşılığında bu yeni kartları içeren 50 adet deste satın alma imkanınız, 24'üne kadar(güncelleme devreye girdiği o ana kadar) alabilirsiniz. Oyuna yeni ve hızlı başlangıç yapmak isteyenlere duyurulur.
Bu patchte göze batanlar şunlar olmuştur;
Yeni bir masa, tek klasa özel görevler(mage ile 3 win al gibisinden), tavern brawl görevi ve ranked'ın artık bir işe yarıyor olmasıdır.
Bir kez daha "Blizzard" işi biliyor dedirtmiştir. Bugün ki Tavern Brawl ise yeni patch ile ilişkilendirilecek ve reklamı yapılacak şekilde düzenlenmiştir. Kesinlikle oynanmalıdır.
