Bilindiği üzere CAS şikeci fenerbahçe'nin UEFA kararına yaptığı itirazı reddederek şikeciliklerini bir kez daha tescillemiş oldu ve bu davanın sportif yargılama kısmı noktalandı.
TFF daha önce UEFA ve Yargıtay'dan çıkacak karar ne olursa olsun yargılamayı yenilemeyeceğini ve bu konuyu kapattığını duyurmuştu.
Bu noktada UEFA ve TFF talimatnamelerinde açıkça belirtilmiş olan bu tür durumlarda "yargılamanın yenilenmesi" maddesini hatırlatıp UEFA'yı bu konuda da göreve çağırıyoruz ve TFF'ye gereğinin yapılmasını emretmesini istiyoruz.
Bu aşamada bize düşen bundan önce de olduğu gibi süreci takip ettiğimizi ve yapılması gerekenleri bildiğimizi ve bunların da yapılması gerektiğini belirten yeni mailimizi UEFA ve FIFA yetkililerine göndermek.

The match fixing case of Fenerbahce SK was finalised on 28.08.2013 by The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and they dismissed the appeal filed by Fenerbahce SK against the decision taken by UEFA to exclude them from European club competitions.
We would like to thank Mr. Rui Santos Botica, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Haas and Mr. Willem Hendrik Kesler for this fair decision which proved once more that Fenerbahce SK fixed matches to win the 2010-2011 title in Turkey.
At this stage Turkish Football Federation ( TFF ) is obliged to renew the jurisdiction on this case according to the rules and regulation of TFF and UEFA.
In past TFFs president Yıldırım Demirören declared that they were not going to renew the jurisdiction no matter what UEFAs and CASs decision will be. This is violation of rules and regulations and UEFA must force them to apply the relevant disciplinary actions against the teams which involved in match fixing.
Therefore, UEFA must continue to play the key role in this case, as they have been playing so far, and apply sanctions to TFF unless they penalise match fixers and hand the championship over to Trabzonspor.
We also would like to remind that, the political influence and pressure on TFF is still strong and UEFA and FIFA must warn both TFF and Turkish Goverment on this issue in order to re-establish fair game by maintaining the justice.
